Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, no-shows, refunds and rescheduling work.

Airporter is a booking brand operated by Digital Performance, ABN 58 749 338 025.

Cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and you receive a full refund: a refund of all amounts paid to Airporter for the cancelled transfer, including the deposit and any prepaid balance, without deducting payment-processing fees.

Return bookings

For return bookings, the airport drop-off and the airport pickup are separate transfers. When cancelling, tell us which transfer you are cancelling; the 24-hour notice period and refund apply to that transfer. For a late cancellation or no-show, any amount retained is limited to reasonable cancellation-related costs or loss, capped at 50% of the agreed fare for the cancelled transfer only. Payments allocated to another transfer are unaffected unless that transfer is also cancelled.

Later cancellations and no-shows

For later cancellations and no-shows, reasonable cancellation-related costs or loss are reviewed individually. Any amount retained is capped at the 50% deposit, with any excess refunded. The remaining balance is not charged automatically.

If Airporter cannot provide the transfer

If Airporter cannot provide the transfer, you receive a full refund: a refund of all amounts paid to Airporter for the cancelled transfer, including the deposit and any prepaid balance, without deducting payment-processing fees.

Flight delays

Flight delays are reviewed individually before a passenger is treated as a no-show.

Rescheduling

Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no change fee, subject to availability and any agreed fare difference.

Existing bookings and your rights

Existing bookings retain their agreed terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
