Who we are

Airporter is a booking brand operated by Digital Performance, ABN 58 749 338 025. This policy explains how Digital Performance (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use the Airporter website, send an availability enquiry or book a transfer.

Information we collect

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • pickup and drop-off details, travel date and time, and flight details
  • passenger, luggage and child restraint details
  • booking details and payment status
  • information about how you use the website and the form

How we collect and hold it

We collect information you give us through the availability form, by email and in other messages about your booking. We also receive payment confirmations from our payment provider, and basic website usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

Information is held electronically, including in systems run by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

How we use it

We use your information to check availability, send your fare, confirm and manage your booking, take payments, contact you about your transfer, understand how the website is used, and meet our legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing.

Who we share it with

We use service providers for website hosting, enquiry and booking administration, communications and payment processing. These providers may handle personal information where needed to support your transfer. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, including payment links and contactless payments at pickup. Airporter does not store full card details. Stripe handles your card information under its own privacy policy.

Processing outside Australia

Some of our service providers, including Stripe, may store or process personal information outside Australia, including through their related companies and service providers. Locations depend on the provider and the services used.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about how it is handled, by emailing airporter@chrisespey.com. You don’t need to use the trip enquiry form. You can also use the form on the Check Availability page and say that your message is a privacy request.

Privacy complaints

If you are concerned about how we have handled your personal information, email airporter@chrisespey.com with the details. We will review your complaint and reply in writing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page.
